The company-owned farms are one of the important facilities that EGAST owns. We at EGAST take excellent care of our crops from the beginning of the process all the way through to the storing, packaging, and delivery procedures. This helps us to provide exceptional, competitive quality, which is the proper method to maintain our reputation in the worldwide market. EGAST currently owns fields on both the east and west sides of the Nile Delta, and it is in charge of all agricultural activities on more than 14,000 acres of land generating an average of 250,000 tons of potatoes annually. To preserve potatoes as secure as possible, all of EGAST's potato farms are pest-free environments where potatoes are hand-picked from the soil (semi-automatically). We also have control over 5,000 acres of citrus (oranges, grapefruit, easy peelers, and lemons), We produce 80,000 tons annually and aim to increase production to 150,000 tons by 2025.
